1. THE "GOLDEN SAMPLE" PRINCIPLE

As a specialized OEM/ODM manufacturer, we operate strictly on a "Sample Confirmation" basis. We strongly urge all international clients to purchase a sample kit or trial roll before placing bulk orders. The bulk order production quality will be benchmarked strictly against the confirmed sample standard regarding glossiness, thickness, and adhesion.

2. INSPECTION PERIOD (15 DAYS)

Upon arrival of the goods at the destination port or client's warehouse, the Client has a strict 15-calendar-day inspection period. Any claims regarding visible defects (e.g., packaging damage, wrong quantity, specifications mismatch) must be raised within this window. Claims made after 15 days for visible defects will not be accepted.
