As a specialized OEM/ODM factory, we operate strictly on a "sample confirmation" basis. We strongly urge all international clients to purchase a sample kit or trial roll before placing bulk orders. The production quality of bulk orders will be strictly measured against the confirmed sample regarding gloss, thickness, and adhesion.
Upon the arrival of goods at the destination port or client's warehouse, the client has a strict 15-calendar-day inspection period. Any claims related to visible defects (e.g., packaging damage, quantity shortages, specification mismatches) must be submitted within this window. Claims submitted after 15 days for visible defects will not be accepted.
